Googles Matt Cutts Tells How To Buy Domain Names

On his Latest Post Regarding SEO Google's Spam team head Matt Cutts posted a video on the question How can anyone research before buying a domain?

In his video he said some major points before buying a new domain for your business. What about are those lines or words? Keep clam and read below pints to find out what Matt wants to say in his video.

1. Doing a site-colon search on the domain name (site: domain name), “If there’s no results at all from that domain, even if there’s content on that domain, that’s a pretty bad sign,” he says. If the domain name was never registered or is new then no content likely to be found.

2. Search the domain name without .com and see what result you will find so that you can research properly before buy that domain coz domain name makes a huge reputation for sites.

3. Use archive.org to see the site positioning, like is it a spammy one? Or It's have auto-generated content which penalized the site.

4. Use Google Webmaster Tools to check the lates position and message. Cutts recommends to see the site’s traffic analytics so that you can identify any unusual trends.
